How To Make The Perfect Espresso Martini


 


Per drink

Handful of ice

25ml vodka

35ml Tia Maria or Kahlua

35ml fresh espresso

Coffee beans, to garnish

Chill martini glasses in the freezer for at least 20 minutes before serving.

Add ice to a cocktail shaker, followed by the vodka, liqueur and lastly the coffee. Taste and add a little more liqueur to required taste. Shake vigorously for 20 seconds.

Strain into the chilled glasses and top with coffee beans. Serve immediately.
